INCOMPAS Appoints New Members Allied Telecom and Zayo to Board of Directors

WASHINGTON, D.C. (March 2, 2021) – INCOMPAS, the internet and competitive networks association, today announced that Allied Telecom Group, LLC and Zayo have joined the association.  In addition, Ken Williams, Allied’s founder and CEO, and Brandon Reed, Zayo’s vice president of Underlying Rights and Government Relations, have been appointed to the INCOMPAS Board of Directors.

Zayo is a provider of mission-critical bandwidth, which operates a 126,000-mile network in North America and Europe that includes extensive metro connectivity to thousands of buildings and data centers. At Zayo, Reed is responsible for building advocacy campaigns and establishing strategic relationships for the company across the United States and Canada. He has more than 17 years of hybrid legal and lobbying experience, advocating before federal, state and local governments, having worked as a senior advocacy manager at T-Mobile and executive manager of Federal, State and Local Government Relations for Collier County, Fla. He also served as the chief counsel’s clerk within the U.S. Coast Guard (JAG), overseeing Macondo oil exploration following Deepwater Horizon, and held other Washington, D.C.-based positions, including with NACHA - The Electronic Payments Association, Russ Reid Firm, the Republican National Committee and the U.S. House of Representatives.
