INCOMPAS Statements on Biden FCC Nominations of Jessica Rosenworcel and Gigi Sohn

WASHINGTON, D.C. (October 26, 2021) – President Biden has announced that he will make Acting Chairwoman Jessica Rosenworcel, the Chairwoman of the Federal Communications Commission and nominate consumer advocate Gigi Sohn as the next commissioner to the FCC. 

In response, Chip Pickering released the following statements:

On Jessica Rosenworcel:

Her insistence that the E-Rate program be open to competition, transformed schools and communities around the nation.
