Stacy Davidson serves as Secretary and a member of the Board of Directors of Spread Holdings, LLC. Mr. Davidson has a long history of successful entrepreneurial efforts in the telecommunications industry and was one of Spread's original investors. 

Prior to Spread, Mr. Davidson was heavily involved in the cellular telephone industry and served as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Cellular Telephone Industry Association. 

In addition to actively investing in cellular markets across the United States, Mr. Davidson was the founder and Chairman/CEO of Miscellco Communications, Inc., which owned and operated a cellular telephone system serving western Kansas. Following the successful sale of Miscellco, Mr. Davidson served as Chairman of the Board of Integrity Online, Inc., a filtered Internet service provider. 

Mr. Davidson earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi in 1981. Mr. Davidson served on the Board of Directors for the University of Mississippi Alumni Association and also served as a Member of the Board of Trustees of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, North Carolina. He is currently a member of the Mississippi College Foundation Board. 

Mr. Davidson resides in Flowood, Mississippi with his wife Laurie. They have three sons and one daughter.
