Alan boasts more than 35 years of expertise in the field of telecommunications, having been integral to both the sales and operations sides of the business across several industry verticals including education, enterprise, and carrier wholesale. In 1996, Alan sold his network drafting and design business to Blair Park Services, a major construction and engineering telecom firm. Two years later, Blair Park would become Sunesys – a leading provider of premium bandwidth services and private fiber optic networks.

As a founder and an invaluable member of the Sunesys team from the birth of the organization, Alan served as an executive vice president for both the sales and operations organizations growing and developing the entity to enable connectivity for numerous customers throughout Sunesys’ vast fiber footprint. In his more than tenure with Sunesys, Alan strategically mapped and grew the organization to offer a portfolio of dark fiber and managed lit services. In his current day, Alan handles oversight of K-12 and Enterprise sales and business development for the company with a strong strategic focus in impacting the bottom line and a keen eye for propelling the business forward whilst remaining nimble, and customer-centric. Suneys was acquired Crown Castle in 2015. 

Alan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from LaSalle University in Math and Computer Science.
